B2B Marketing / Growth Help for Engineering Business I run Laztronics, a small electronics engineering and prototyping company. Upwork has been working pretty well for bringing in projects, and I want to keep building on that while improving the rest of my customer acquisition process. Right now, a lot of my work comes from one-off projects for individual clients. I'd like to start landing more companies that have ongoing engineering needs and can turn into repeat, longer-term customers.
