Client fills a form, phone validated, and told what next. Request psted on a database visible only to Assessor registered for that county. Each can quote and modify quote . All quotes are sent to ID numbers and amount and a link to accept and pau deposit is sent to the Client. If he chooses the he recieuves a mail revealing the assessor details. The assessor is also notified. Each assessor requires registration, selects his county with some info and option to pay for registration set by admin, the admin needs to approve the registration and a means of suspending the account.
