Build Fully Automated Real Estate → Instagram Content System

I am looking to hire an experienced automation developer to build a system that automates a real estate content workflow from data collection through Instagram publishing. The goal is to create a system that continuously identifies notable real estate transactions and listings, processes the information, creates branded social media posts, writes captions, and publishes them to Instagram automatically. Example workflow: Real estate data source ↓ Detect qualifying property ↓ Extract property information and images ↓ Check that the property has not already been posted ↓ Generate branded graphic ↓ Generate standardized Instagram caption ↓ Publish to Instagram ↓ Save property and post information to a database Initial rules: • Sold properties over approximately $4M • Notable or luxury new listings over a defined threshold • Toronto only • Automatically avoid duplicate properties For each property, I would like to capture as much of the following information as available: • Address • Neighbourhood • Listing price • Sold price • Sold date • Listing agent(s) • Buyer’s agent(s) • Brokerage(s) • Property photos • Relevant property details The system should ideally use a platform such as n8n or Make, combined with APIs and custom Python or JavaScript where necessary. I am looking for someone experienced with: • n8n or Make • APIs • Web scraping and data extraction • Python or JavaScript • Meta and Instagram publishing • Automated image generation and templates • AI and LLM integration • Databases such as Supabase or Airtable • Error handling, logging and monitoring Important: The biggest question is the real estate data source. In your application, please explain how you would reliably obtain Toronto listing and sold-property data, what data source you recommend, and any limitations or legal considerations involved. Please also provide an example of an automation you have built that collects data, generates content, and publishes it automatically. The finished system, including workflows, code, accounts, infrastructure, documentation and API configurations, must belong to me.
