CAD Plan Merge & Extras

I have two separate floor plans, both already in DWG format, that need to be merged into one coordinated CAD file. In the single drawing I want all existing dimensions and annotations retained, a clear furniture layout shown, every room properly labeled, and a full electrical plan over-laid... (Budget: $250 - $750 CAD, Jobs: 2D Drafting, 3D CAD, AutoCAD, CAD/CAM)
