Claude Code Expert — Refine Templated Website System for 30+ Client Agency

I run a marketing agency (Combat Boost) building websites for martial arts schools using Claude Code. I'm not looking for a one-off build — I already have a working templated system that's built 30+ live client sites (shared React-based template, filled per client via a YAML data file, deployed through GitHub → Cloudflare Pages). I'm looking for an expert to review and meaningfully improve this system, not build something new from scratch. What I need help with: Template architecture review — identify what's inefficient or fragile in the current build process, and what would make it faster/more reliable to generate new client sites Standardizing the calendar/schedule display — my underlying schedule data is already structured consistently (program name, age range, days/times), but the visual calendar component still gets designed differently by Claude Code on each build. I need one standard, polished calendar layout used across every site, fed by that existing data. Migration/DNS workflow — right now, once I switch a client's nameservers, I lose access to their old site entirely, which causes real problems when clients remember content afterward that needs transferring (old pages, videos, etc.). Looking for a better approach — possibly forwarding the old site to a subdomain, or another solution you'd recommend. Photo/media update workflow — currently a multi-step manual process (client sends photos → I create a shared Drive folder → make it public → prompt Claude Code with the link). Want something more streamlined. General template polish — making generated sites look more custom/hand-built and less like an obviously AI-generated template. What I'm looking for in a candidate: Real experience with Claude Code specifically (not just general AI coding tools) Comfortable with Git/GitHub and Cloudflare Pages Ideally, experience with templated/repeatable systems (an agency or SaaS-style setup that builds many similar outputs from one base), not just one-off custom sites How I'd like to start: a short paid intro call where you look at my current system and tell me honestly what stands out as worth fixing. If that goes well, open to an ongoing working relationship — this isn't a single project, there's real ongoing work as I keep scaling.
