Build Custom Analytics Dashboard for Roofing Company (Supabase + ProLine CRM Webhooks + API Expert + Zapier Expert) We're a Wisconsin roofing company (roughly $3M annual revenue) looking for an experienced full stack developer to build a custom operations dashboard. This is a data integration project first and a dashboard second. Read the whole post before applying. We expect the developer to be fluent with Claude Code and modern AI development tools. The dashboard screens are fast to produce with these tools, and pricing and timeline should reflect that. The data integration work is where the real expertise is needed. A web dashboard (desktop and mobile browser) showing our revenue, pipeline, jobs, appointments, lead source performance, and sales rep performance, with date range and source filters. Seven modules total, spec available on request. Our CRM is ProLine (useproline.com). ProLine has NO pull API. Data leaves it only through outbound webhooks (project, quote, and invoice events, with no guaranteed delivery per their own docs), Zapier triggers, and manual CSV exports. Your architecture must: - Ingest ProLine webhook and Zapier events into a database (we prefer Supabase/Postgres) and serve the dashboard entirely from that database - Include a reconciliation process (scheduled CSV comparison or equivalent) to catch dropped events, because webhook delivery is not guaranteed - Include a one-time historical backfill from CSV exports - Pull ad spend from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google LSA and match it to leads via UTM parameters and source tags - Include login with basic roles (admin and standard user) Deliverables: 1. Deployed, working dashboard at a URL we control 2. Documented data pipeline (webhooks, Zapier, reconciliation) 3. Historical data backfilled 4. A handoff walkthrough demonstrating that dashboard numbers match ProLine for a sample date range 5. Documentation sufficient for another developer to maintain it Ongoing: We'd like a monthly maintenance arrangement after delivery (hosting, monitoring, fixing breakage when ProLine or Zapier changes). Quote this separately. The recommended architecture - Database: Supabase (hosted Postgres). All ProLine events and imports land here. The dashboard reads only from this database, never from ProLine directly. - Ingestion: ProLine native webhooks pointed at a receiving endpoint, plus Zapier for the event types native webhooks don't cover (appointments, payments). - Reconciliation: A scheduled job or documented monthly process that exports CSVs from ProLine and diffs them against the database to catch dropped events. - Dashboard: A web app (React or similar) hosted on Vercel, Netlify, or equivalent, with login and user roles (owner sees everything, reps see a limited view). Built with Claude Code, which handles the dashboard screens and most of the pipeline code fast. The builder should be fluent in it. - Ad data: Meta (and Google if applicable) spend pulled in and matched to leads via UTM parameters and source tags. The modules 1. Overview. Month to date and search by date revenue, projected month end, pipeline value, average sales cycle, close rate, active jobs, revenue vs gross profit by month, pipeline snapshot by stage, top lead sources, recent activity and production completed. 2. Pipeline. Every lead and deal by stage, with detail view: source, dates, assigned rep, days in stage, contract value, notes. 3. Jobs. All jobs by status (sold, in production, completed), filterable by source, stage, rep. 4. Appointments. All appointments with outcomes, show rate and no show rate. 5. Lead Sources. Leads, revenue, close rate, cost per acquisition, and ROAS by source, plus blended CPA. 6. Finance. Revenue, projections, margins, ad spend vs revenue. 7. Rep Leaderboard. Appointments run, show rate, close rate, revenue, cash collected, per rep. 8. Production. Total of jobs produced month to date and seach by date range.
