Dashboard Developer & Data Analyst – Regional Health Data Platform (Web Integration)

Project Description: We're looking for an experienced data analyst / dashboard developer to help build a regional data hub tracking family planning indicators across 9 West African countries. The platform will be integrated into an existing institutional website and will serve as a reference tool for policymakers and partners. Scope of Work: Research and help select relevant indicators from public/international data sources Design a regional dashboard (interactive map, key indicators) plus individual country profile pages Build core features: multi-filter search, country comparison tool, data export (CSV/Excel/PDF), interactive charts Set up a simple, user-friendly CMS/admin panel for our team to update content ourselves Create a filterable document library Provide short documentation/training for our team Required Skills: Data processing & analysis (Python, R, or similar) Data visualization / interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, or similar) Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); WordPress experience is a plus Comfortable working with public datasets / REST APIs 5+ years of relevant experience Deliverables: Functional specification document UX/UI mockups Fully developed, tested, and hosted platform Working data integrations Documented CMS + brief training for our team Project Phases: Scoping – indicators, data sources, prototypes Development – regional dashboard + country pages Content & features – document library, news feed, comparison tool Testing, launch & handover training Budget & Timeline: 1500 USD To Apply, Please Include: Portfolio examples (dashboards, ideally in public health / international development) Brief note on your proposed approach Estimated timeline and rate
