Data extracting for Youth Rankings project

I would like to create rankings. The majority of this ranking will come from extracting data from “ perfect game “. I would like my platform to have everything divided by age groups. For instance 9u./10u/11u/12u/13u I want to be able to be able to sort by homeruns, average, Earned run average and sort by total PG score for each age independently. The PG score is something PG does to do their own “ in tourney ranking system “ to determine their own personal leaderboards. I would like to separate that’s into 2 buckets in each age. I bucket being National tournaments data” which I will let you know those tournaments. And then the other bucket is everything else. Perfect does some cool stuff within each game where they track velocities for every pitch. I would like a “ heat report “ that basically tells me the top 20 velocities up to date to the last tournament. List the player, team and the velocity he reached. Since the season is over currently and doesn’t start back up until September. It can just give me the top 20 to date. I don’t want it to give me the same player twice even if he has multiple top pitches. Another question…. Since most of these kids have instagrams, do you have an AI agent that can crawl and find these handles? Things to watch out for Kids playing up, I would like to rank them in their current age they are playing in but I would like them to be placed in a report off to the side for me or an admin to rank then in their correct age. An example of this is… a 9u kid that is playing up in 10u. Go ahead and rank him but notify me the kid is playing up so I can manually rank him in 9u. I want a user friendly system where I can sort all this data and rank the kids on my own by simply clicking them or sliding them into different spots. I would like to start with 1 to 100. I would like this to be housed where I own the domain etc. I also would like a tool built in where I can build a scheduler to post rankings 5 at a time to social media without me having to do it. This could potentially be something the programmer that builds this that I can pay a small monthly fee for them to manage the postings and make sure they are going up. This may slightly more difficult but I need to build this in a way where a parent can eventually go to the website and plug in all their info to link them to the kid that we are posting about.
