Detailed P&ID for Chemical Plant -- 2

I'm seeking someone with AutoCAD drawing skills to create a detailed P&ID for a chemical plant. The P&ID has already been dwsigned but it is in PNG image, i just need someone to trace the image exactly same into autocad file... (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: AutoCAD, Engineering)
