Excel Date & Text Cleanup

I need a tidy-up pass on an existing Excel workbook. Two things have to happen: 1. Every date column must have the month-and-year extracted into its own field (for example, “15/04/2024” should become “Apr-2024”)... (Budget: ₹12500 - ₹37500 INR, Jobs: Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Processing, Excel, Excel Macros, Excel VBA, Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Apps)
