Excel Date & Text Reformat

I have a small batch of Excel files—roughly four to six sheets in total—that need a quick but careful cleanup. Every date in these sheets must follow the DD/MM/YYYY structure, and all existing lowercase entries (mostly names and product codes) should be converted to uppercase...
