Fractional CTO / Technical Leader (Spanish Speaking) - AI, Security & Scale

We are looking for a Fractional CTO / Technical Advisor who is fluent in Spanish (LATAM or Spain preferred) to help guide our technology strategy, security standards, platform scaling, and artificial intelligence integration. What you will be doing: - Provide high-level technical leadership and advise leadership on architecture and technical roadmap decisions. - Audit and improve our cybersecurity posture, data protection standards, and platform stability. - Guide product scaling, cloud infrastructure best practices, and devops processes. - Lead the implementation of AI features, LLM workflows, and intelligent automation into our product stack. Requirements: - Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Principal Architect for SaaS or high-growth tech platforms. - Fluent or Native Spanish speaker (Spain or LATAM based). - Solid experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system architecture. - Practical experience with AI implementation (LLMs, AI agents, automated workflows). - Strong business sense and clear, direct communication style. Role details: - Fractional / Part-time engagement (around 10 to 20 hours per week). - 100% remote.
