Full-Stack Dev: Dual ERP & Logistics Platform (Django, Next.js, Flutter, Docker)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to architect, build, and integrate two distinct yet connected systems: • ERP System: Centralized inventory master, financial invoicing, customer relationship management, B2C e-commerce, and an authenticated B2B portal. • Logistics System: Warehouse binning, fleet management, vehicle-type classification, auto-dispatch, van stock tracking, and route delivery. Both systems must communicate via secure REST APIs and WebSockets, fully containerized using Docker, and powered by Django (Backend), Next.js (Web Dashboards), and Flutter (Mobile Applications). Source Code Ownership: Full handover of clean, well-documented source code repositories (Git) and Docker deployment configurations upon milestone completions is mandatory. SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE & APPLICATION BREAKDOWN 1. LOGISTICS SYSTEM Admin Dashboard (Next.js Web): • Fleet management, vehicle-type creation (Motorbike, Van, 3-Ton Truck), driver/salesman live GPS monitoring on interactive maps, warehouse bin configuration, and storekeeper stock addition approvals. Field Operations Mobile App (Flutter): • Storekeeper View: Inbound scanning -- Submit addition requests to Admin -- Bin approved items -- Scan stock handoffs to drivers/salesmen. • Driver View: Receive auto-assigned orders based on vehicle type and warehouse proximity -- Manifest verification -- Live background GPS streaming -- Route navigation -- Digital Proof of Delivery (E-signature/Photo/OTP). • Salesman View: Live GPS tracking -- Request van stock -- Create B2B pre-orders (routed to Drivers for delivery) -- Direct van sales (instant invoice & van inventory deduction) -- Return unsold stock to storekeeper. 2. ERP & E-COMMERCE SYSTEM Admin Dashboard (Next.js Web): • Centralized invoicing, sales and financial analytics, CRM, catalog management, and system-wide role-based access control (RBAC). Customer Mobile App (Flutter) & Web Storefront (Next.js): • B2C Channel: Public product catalog, standard checkout, online payment/COD, and Real-Time Live Driver Tracking (interactive map showing driver location and dynamic ETA). • B2B Channel (Authenticated Gateway): Gated login for verified wholesale accounts to place bulk orders, view assigned salesman details, and access Real-Time Live Driver Tracking for active bulk deliveries. AUTOMATED DISPATCH & INTELLIGENT ROUTING Vehicle & Proximity Auto-Assignment: • When an order is placed, the system checks the required vehicle type, filters active drivers operating that vehicle type, calculates live distances to the origin warehouse using PostGIS/GPS, and automatically assigns the order to the nearest qualified driver.
