Full-Stack Developer Needed for Real Estate CRM & Property Portal

We are looking for an experienced **Full-Stack Developer to build a **production-ready Real Estate CRM + Property Portal from scratch**. The platform will combine a **public-facing property listing website** with an **internal CRM** for managing properties, agents, customers, leads, follow-ups, and site visits. This is a **serious production project, not a prototype or demo**. We are looking for someone who can handle the complete development lifecycle, including **frontend, backend, database, authentication, integrations, testing, and deployment**. ### What You’ll Be Working On The main system will include: * Public property listing website * Property search and filtering * Property detail pages * Property images and information * Customer enquiry forms * Agent management * Property management * Customer management * Lead management * Lead assignment * Follow-up management * Site visit management * CRM dashboard * User roles and permissions * Admin panel * Basic reports and activity tracking ### Responsibilities You will be responsible for: * Planning the application architecture * Developing the frontend and backend * Designing and managing the database * Building APIs * Implementing authentication and user permissions * Integrating required third-party services * Making the application responsive across devices * Testing and fixing issues * Deploying the application to production * Providing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code ### Requirements We are looking for someone with: * Strong full-stack development experience * Experience building production-ready web applications * Good knowledge of frontend and backend development * Strong database and API development skills * Experience with authentication and role-based access * Experience with deployment and production environments * Ability to work independently and manage the complete development process * Good communication and regular progress updates Experience with **CRM systems, real estate platforms, property portals, or similar applications** will be a strong advantage. ### Technology Stack We are open to recommendations for the technology stack, but experience with modern frameworks such as **React/Next.js, Node.js,PostgreSQL/MySQL**, and cloud deployment platforms is preferred. ### What We Expect We want someone who can understand the requirements, suggest the right technical approach, and build the system properly from the ground up.
