Full-Stack Developer (React + TypeScript + Flask) to Finish Existing Construction Management Web App

Description: We’re looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help finish and stabilize our existing construction management platform. We are a construction technology company building a specialized CM/CRM system for finish trades subcontractors. The core of the application is already built and functional (React + TypeScript frontend with Material UI, Flask backend). What remains is completing unfinished features, cleaning up incomplete modules, fixing edge cases, improving reliability, and bringing the product to a solid, production-ready state. This is not a greenfield project. You will be working inside an existing codebase. Tech Stack Frontend: React, TypeScript, Material UI (MUI), PWA support Backend: Flask (Python) Database: PostgreSQL Other: Dynamic theming, offline-capable elements, multi-tenant architecture What we need help with Completing unfinished screens and workflows Implementing remaining business logic and API endpoints Cleaning up and stabilizing existing modules Improving error handling, loading states, and edge-case coverage Ensuring consistency with the current design system (MUI + custom theme) Helping close out the remaining work needed to make the platform production-ready You will work alongside our existing development efforts. Clear communication and the ability to jump into an active codebase quickly are essential.
