Instructor Performance Evaluation System

We need a developer to build a system for tracking instructor performance across multiple schools. The project includes creating a dashboard for administrators, a mobile-friendly interface for instructors, and a reporting module for performance data. The system should support user authentication, role-based access, and secure data handling. Experience with similar educational or performance-tracking systems is preferred. This is a part-time project with a clear scope and timeline.
