# Long-Term Marketing Agency VA – GoHighLevel, Fulfillment & Client Success We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced, reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term and help with client fulfillment, client success, and day-to-day operations. We have established SOPs and systems for our fulfillment processes. We’re looking for someone who is fast with technology, follows instructions well, communicates clearly, and can learn new systems quickly. ### What You'll Be Doing Your responsibilities will include: * Setting up and managing client accounts in GoHighLevel * Following our SOPs for client onboarding and fulfillment * Setting up forms, calendars, workflows, review systems, and other GoHighLevel features * Basic Google Business Profile and SEO-related tasks * Monitoring client accounts to make sure review automations and other systems are working properly * Testing and quality assurance * Organizing client information and completing general administrative tasks * Helping with client success and identifying accounts that need attention * Communicating with clients when necessary * Learning additional fulfillment processes as we add new services ### Who We're Looking For You would be a great fit if you: * Have previous experience as a Virtual Assistant * Are very comfortable learning and using software * Work FAST without sacrificing accuracy * Follow SOPs and instructions closely * Are organized and detail-oriented * Communicate clearly * Can work independently * Are proactive about identifying problems * Are interested in a long-term position with a growing company Experience with **GoHighLevel is strongly preferred**, but you do not need to be an expert. We can train the right person on our specific processes. Experience working with a digital marketing agency is also a plus. ### Long-Term Opportunity We're not looking for someone for one project.
