Long Term technical administrator task

We are looking for a highly capable technical assistant to join our team on a long term basis Working remotely we will deliver training via Zoom using audio chat, screenshare and video chat where applicable. English must be at a level equivalent of a first spoken language. Tasks will be broad in their range and will include some repetitive monthly tasks as well as some adhoc tasks that need completing You will be tasked with automating some of the more repetitive tasks over time. This will require the work to be scoped and then outsourced to someone who can automate the task and then tested before being submitted. Skills required for ongoing tasks will include a high level of proficiency in some or all of the following Excel SQL Python SAP Business One Shopify Photoshop During the initial training phase, some tasks will be worked on collaboratively until you are at a level of understanding where you can complete it independently. You will then be signed off on that task before moving on to training of the next task. This will mean work load and the contracted hours will start light before increasing. We are looking for someone who is genuinely looking for a long term remote working opportunity in a small family owned UK company and can commit to some overlapping hours to allow training to take place.
