Full-Stack Developer Needed — OwnerFinancing.ai Bug Fixes, Technical SEO & Ongoing Maintenance I’m hiring an experienced programmer to improve and maintain OwnerFinancing.ai, a live nationwide real estate marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of owner-financed properties. The website is already built. The project involves working within the existing codebase to resolve defects, improve technical SEO and performance, and verify important user workflows. I have a detailed audit and a 27-item programmer checklist with priorities and acceptance tests. Some items are confirmed public-site issues; others require testing before determining whether repairs are necessary. Scope of Work Property loading and data accuracy Prevent sample or incorrect property details from appearing while pages load. Keep photos, prices, addresses, financing terms, and inquiry destinations tied to the correct listing. Correct missing-value handling, duplicated addresses, and calculation errors. Pricing and subscriptions Make pricing and plan features consistent across public pages, metadata, account permissions, and checkout. Test subscription changes, cancellations, payment failures, and webhook handling using test accounts. Implement the owner-approved pricing specification. Technical SEO Correct missing-page HTTP responses, redirects, canonical tags, and URL consistency. Make public listing content and links available in initial HTML. Repair sitemap generation, indexing rules, filters, and pagination. Implement accurate titles, descriptions, social previews, and appropriate structured data. Resolve unintended indexing restrictions on public property images. Performance, mobile usability, and accessibility Optimize property images and unnecessary JavaScript. Measure performance before and after changes. Fix form labels, keyboard navigation, mobile layout issues, and other demonstrated usability problems. Calculator and user workflows Implement the public payment calculator with tested payment, amortization, and balloon-balance calculations. Verify signup, login, password resets, listing creation/editing, and account permissions. Confirm inquiries reach the correct seller and preserve the selected property through signup/login. Test listing publication, updates, sold status, withdrawal, and deletion. Analytics and content templates Verify conversion tracking without duplicate events or personal information. Improve guide templates to support approved authors, reviewers, sources, and accurate reading times. Coordinate with the SEO team on indexing and metadata requirements. Required Experience Maintaining and debugging production web applications. JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend rendering, backend APIs, and databases. Technical SEO for dynamic websites, including server rendering, canonicals, sitemaps, and HTTP status codes. Authentication, permissions, subscription billing, and webhooks. Performance optimization, responsive design, Git, staging environments, and deployment. Marketplace or real estate platform experience is a plus. Please confirm the actual framework, hosting setup, and architecture during the initial code review. Proposed Milestones Paid code review and implementation plan: Review the existing application and audit, reproduce priority issues, and provide estimates and dependencies. Urgent repairs: Correct property-loading behavior, pricing inconsistencies, missing-page responses, and listing-data problems. Remaining approved repairs and release: Complete technical SEO, performance, workflow testing, calculator work, and documentation. Optional expansion, such as new location-page templates or listing-feed integrations, should be quoted separately. Delivery Expectations Work through version control and staging. Preserve existing data and working functionality. Provide progress updates with completed tasks, blockers, and remaining estimates. Attach test evidence to completed items. Include deployment and rollback instructions. Deliver source-code changes and maintenance documentation into owner-controlled accounts. The owner will supply approved pricing, property facts, and business copy. The SEO team will provide content and indexing decisions.
