MERN Stack Engineer (Full-Time, Remote) – Scale an Ongoing ERP/CRM Platform

Are you a software engineer who loves diving into complex business logic, writing clean JavaScript/TypeScript, and solving real-world problems? We are looking for a full-time MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to join us for the long haul as we expand our custom ERP / CRM platform. You will be stepping into an existing codebase , taking ownership of new features, improving system architecture, and building robust backend and frontend modules. Whether you are an experienced engineer with years under your belt or a high-potential junior developer with rock-solid fundamentals and drive, we care about your logic, problem-solving ability, and code quality above all else. 1. What You’ll Be Working On - Product Focus: Deep backend logic, database queries, and dynamic user interfaces for a enterprise-grade ERP/CRM system. - Codebase: Active production repository (joining an existing team and architecture). - Key Tasks: Developing RESTful APIs, crafting responsive React interfaces, writing efficient MongoDB aggregation pipelines, and maintaining clean git workflows. 2. Who You Are - Experienced / Senior Talent: You can independently break down complex requirements into clean code, design reliable API contracts, and optimize performance. - High-Potential Junior Talent: You know core JavaScript/TypeScript deeply, understand REST principles and relational/document database schemas, and possess a strong passion to level up fast. 3. Work Style & Culture - Full-Time Commitment: 40 hours per week, long-term stability. - Location Agnostic: Work from anywhere in the world—time zones do not matter. - Low Meetings, High Deep Work: We protect your coding time. You will only attend one weekly live technical sync.
