Migration from AWS Dedicated to Stellar Shared Hosting

Please do not respond to this job post unless you have at least 10 ratings of 10. I have a number of websites, a few with emails that need to be migrated from AWS EC2 server instance to a shared hosting account with NameCheap. I need an administration that can zip of files and databases and then from the new shared hosting server, download those files (From old server to new server) and then help make sure cloudflare and DNS are setup properly so everything is working. I've done this myself with a few sites, but I need someone to take over and then maintain whenever needed in the future. I'm looking for someone experienced with all these things. This will be a small project, but over time, I'm looking for a long and mutually beneficial relationship with a sysAdmin familiar with all these things. Also, I prefer someone who is also a PHP/MySQL/WordPress coder/expert/designer so our relationship can expand over time.
