Power BI + Python Support Collaborator (Part-Time, EU-based)

We're a boutique consultancy looking for an experienced Power BI + Python specialist to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for an established business intelligence setup. This is a flexible, part-time collaboration where you help us keep existing BI models and reports running smoothly, resolve technical issues as they come up, and occasionally take on new requests. You'll work closely with our team and, when needed, interface directly with the client. We're starting with roughly a 4-month engagement, with a strong possibility of continuing and growing if it's a good fit. What you'll do: Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power BI reports and data models — some of which are built using Python. Investigate and resolve issues across visualisations, data sources, and refresh/connection problems. Interface directly with the client on technical matters when required. Take on new requests as they arise (e.g., new reports, models, or small projects) — scoped and priced per request. Advise on best practices and flag potential issues before they become problems. Must-haves: Strong, hands-on experience with Power BI, both data modeling / data sources and visualisation. Solid Python skills - comfortable reading, maintaining, and extending Python-based data models (from routine tasks to more complex work). Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially how it connects with Power BI. EU-based (Greece is a plus). Able to respond and collaborate during GMT+3 / Greek business hours. Professional working English Nice-to-haves: Experience with Power Automate (a plus). A background as a data analyst or data / BI engineer The collaboration: Remote, flexible, hourly. Light and steady to start - expect around 10 hours per month, though this can vary with client needs. Approximately a 4-month horizon to begin, with strong potential to continue and take on new work if there's a good fit.
