Senior Agentic AI Technical Architect

Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Agentic AI Technical Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions for the US Mortgage and Lending industry. The ideal candidate must combine strong technical architecture expertise with hands-on AI engineering skills, customer-facing consulting experience, and proven ownership of production deployments. This is not a purely advisory or managerial role. We need a technical leader who can architect solutions, write code, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver AI applications from initial discovery through production go-live. Key Responsibilities Lead customer-facing technical discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture discussions. Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI applications. Build multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool-calling capabilities, memory systems, and MCP integrations. Develop scalable applications using Python, Java, and/or Node.js. Architect full-stack solutions involving React.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, and enterprise integrations. Design and deploy cloud-native AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Implement AI evaluation, guardrails, security, monitoring, and observability. Integrate AI solutions with mortgage and lending platforms, including LOS/POS systems where applicable. Own technical delivery from architecture and coding through testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise customers. Mandatory Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience with a strong Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Principal/Lead Engineering background. Recent hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI / GenAI solutions in production. Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, or Node.js. Enterprise application and full-stack architecture experience. Experience with RAG, multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, and AI integrations. Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proven customer-facing technical consulting, discovery, and solution delivery experience. Experience owning enterprise solutions through production deployment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Technical Skills LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, AWS Strands, or Langflow. Model Context Protocol (MCP). Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Multi-agent architecture and orchestration. Agent evaluation, guardrails, and AI observability. React.js, TypeScript, and API integrations. AI governance, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001. Business process optimization, ROI, and TCO analysis. Industry Experience – Strong Advantage Candidates with experience in US Mortgage or Lending technology will receive priority consideration, particularly those familiar with: Loan origination and underwriting. Mortgage closing and servicing. Loan Origination Systems (LOS). Point of Sale (POS) mortgage platforms. Mortgage workflow automation and enterprise integrations. Candidate Requirements We are specifically looking for professionals who: Are actively involved in hands-on AI engineering and development. Have delivered production-ready Agentic AI applications. Can demonstrate real-world RAG, multi-agent, and MCP implementations. Have personally led customer-facing technical discussions. Have experience taking enterprise solutions from requirements through production go-live. Have an established LinkedIn profile dating back to 2015 or earlier. Hold an eligible US work authorization: USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, or GC EAD.
