Senior Backend/AI Engineer

We need a senior backend/AI engineer to transform our current inbound-email flow into a conversational agent that supports multi-turn email conversations while maintaining thread state. You'll design the email threading architecture, build reply-matching and per-thread memory, and maintain third-party integrations with data room, CRM, e-signature, and GCP-based data sources. This is a production feature, not a prototype, and you'll work closely with our full-stack developer and founder/CEO to deliver a reliable, scalable solution. You should be comfortable owning the architecture, not just executing a spec, and be available for clear, regular communication.
