Senior Laravel Dev — Paid Trial to Ongoing Contract

We run a Laravel/PHP booking platform (Filament, Livewire, Tailwind, deployed via Forge) plus a Statamic marketing site. This posting is a paid trial project — one real, self-contained ticket from our backlog. Fixed price $375, roughly 10–15 hours of work. The fee is the same for every candidate and isn't negotiable; we're comparing work, not terms. If the trial goes well it leads into an ongoing part-time hourly contract — project/milestone-based, hours tracked, capped at 60 hours/month to start, with room to grow in both hours and rate based on performance and fit. Tell us your expected ongoing hourly rate in your proposal. You'll work largely async and independently, from written specs, handing off reviewable pull requests rather than synchronous programming.
