Senior React Native Developer – iGaming / Fintech App (iOS & Android) (Remote - CET)

Location & Timezone: We are a Poland-based company working fully remotely. We are looking for a candidate who is located in or able to comfortably work within the CET (Central European Time) timezone to ensure smooth, real-time collaboration with our core team. A few words about the role: We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer with experience in creating production mobile applications and knowledge of the iGaming industry. We are looking for an independent individual who can manage functionalities from requirements analysis and technical decisions, through implementation, to deployment and maintenance in production. A good understanding of mobile application architecture, performance, API integration, and the specifics of the iOS and Android platforms is important to us. We work primarily with React Native, React, and TypeScript, also utilizing AI-assisted development in our daily work. Scope of Projects: Custom iGaming Platforms ➡️ We build solutions that go beyond white-label and turnkey models, with an emphasis on product differentiation, community, events, tournaments, and personalization. Mobile Apps and Platforms for B2B Clients ➡️ We develop solutions for business clients, integrating, among others, payments, KYC, game providers, and services specific to the iGaming industry. AI-first platform framework ➡️ We're creating a framework enabling faster and more repeatable building of iGaming platforms, leveraging AI as a real support for the development process. In this role, you will: Develop production React Native applications for iOS and Android. Take responsibility for functionalities from problem analysis, through implementation and testing, to deployment and monitoring. Develop iGaming areas such as onboarding, KYC, wallet, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, games, and responsible gaming. Design integrations with REST APIs, WebSockets, WebViews, and external SDKs. Implement deep linking, push notifications, biometric authentication, secure storage, analytics, and crash reporting. Ensure application performance, stability, and resilience to network issues. Diagnoze issues occurring on specific devices, system versions, and iOS/Android platforms. Create and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests. Participate in app publishing on the App Store and Google Play and develop CI/CD processes. Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and backend developers to design solutions. Actively participate in code reviews, influence technical standards, and support less experienced developers. Utilize AI coding agents in daily work. Your Experience and Competencies Technical Requirements: Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience, including at least 3 years with React Native. Experience with iGaming products. Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and React Native. Experience with production iOS and Android apps. Good understanding of mobile app architecture, their lifecycle, and platform differences. Experience with performance optimization and problem diagnosis in React Native. Knowledge of state management and backend communication, e.g., TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, Zustand. Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, WebView, deep linking, and external SDKs. Knowledge of secure data and token storage. Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and observability tools, e.g., Firebase, Sentry, or similar. Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing. Basic knowledge of native Android/iOS development, enabling issue analysis and SDK integration. Experience with building and signing mobile applications. Knowledge of the application publishing, review, and approval process in the Apple App Store and Google Play, including requirements for privacy, permissions, payments, user accounts, and platform policies. Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile applications. Strong Git knowledge and experience with code review. Experience maintaining production code and troubleshooting issues in production. Practical experience with AI coding agents, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot. iGaming domain knowledge: We expect experience with at least one commercial iGaming product and knowledge of areas such as: player onboarding, KYC/AML, deposits & withdrawals, wallet and transactions, payment providers, game providers and aggregators, bonuses and wagering, responsible gaming, regulatory requirements and regional restrictions. Familiarity with the App Store and Google Play restrictions and requirements for gambling/iGaming apps, and experience preparing apps for review. We do not expect expertise in every single one of these areas, but we do want someone who understands the specifics of the iGaming industry and the resulting technological and product limitations. Experience with feature flags, remote config, or A/B testing. Experience with applications operating in multiple markets and jurisdictions. Experience with mobile security issues, e.g., certificate pinning, root/jailbreak detection. Experience with LLM/AI API integration.
