Web scraping expert for high volume alarm extraction

I need help with a project for a new customer that requires us to replace a fairly old RPA process that extracts machine alarms from a monitoring platform. We're still getting the full details together, but essentially the data is available from a website that we connect to via VPN. The alarms are presented in tables and are filterable. The script should run every minute, and multiple scripts are required per target system (there are four) as each version will have different filters to cope with the anticipated volume. I'm looking for someone with deep expertise in this area.
