Website Upgrade to WordPress

We need a freelancer to upgrade our existing website to WordPress. The project includes migrating the current site, rebuilding the homepage and about page, and improving the overall user experience. You should be able to work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver a polished final product. Please share relevant examples of similar website upgrades in your proposal.
