White-Label Leaderboard & Registration Platform

Apex P1 Motorsport Events seeks an experienced software developer or team to create a professional white-label live leaderboard and event registration platform. This platform will be a flagship product, used at every event, allowing full branding customization for each client. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, PHP, HTML5, and JavaScript.Project Goal Develop a modern, cloud-based leaderboard and event registration platform that: Captures participant registrations via QR code. Automatically records lap times from multiple racing simulators. Displays a live leaderboard on TVs and large displays. Captures participant data for lead generation. Can be fully rebranded for different clients. Is designed so additional enterprise features can be added in the future without rebuilding the system. Phase 1 Requirements 1. QR Registration Participants scan a QR code and complete: Name Email address Mobile number (optional) Company name (optional) Marketing consent Terms & Conditions checkbox 2. Automatic Lap Timing The system should: Automatically receive lap times from the racing simulator software. Support multiple simulators feeding into one leaderboard. Instantly update rankings. Show fastest lap and current position. Please recommend the best integration method and outline any previous experience with simulator or timing software. 3. White-Label Branding (Essential Requirement) The platform must not be permanently branded as Apex P1. Instead, an administrator should be able to create a branded event in minutes. For each event we want to be able to: Display Apex P1 branding, or Replace Apex P1 branding with the client's branding. The admin should be able to change: Company logo Event logo Colours Background graphics Sponsor logos Welcome screen Leaderboard design Winner screen TV display QR registration page For example: Monday Apex P1 Corporate Challenge Tuesday Google Racing Challenge Wednesday Mercedes-AMG Fastest Lap Challenge Thursday BMW Driver Challenge The system should look like it was built specifically for each client. 4. TV Display Mode A dedicated display for large screens with: Live leaderboard Client branding Sponsor logos Winner announcements Podium display Full-screen presentation mode 6. Admin Dashboard Easy-to-use dashboard allowing staff to: Create new events Duplicate previous events Upload branding Generate QR codes Start and stop competitions Reset leaderboard Export participant data (Excel/CSV) View previous events The dashboard should be simple enough for non-technical event staff. 7. Lead Generation Export participant information after every event. This is a key feature for our corporate clients.
