Add Formation Year to Excel

I have a spreadsheet with 370 North Carolina trade companies and need each firm’s official “Date Formed” pulled from the NC Secretary of State site (sosnc.gov). At the moment there is no column for that information, so please create one and position it directly beside the company-name column...
