AI Automation Architect, Meta & GoHighLevel Integration Specialist

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on AI Engineer to connect our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ecosystem directly into GoHighLevel (GHL) and build smart automations that take manual work off our team's plate. This isn't a "set up a few workflows" job, we want someone who can architect a system where leads, messages, and business processes move automatically, accurately, and intelligently from Meta into GHL and beyond. If you love wiring systems together, teaching AI to handle real business logic, and seeing automations run without you babysitting them, this is for you. What You'll Do Integrate our Meta Business account (Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads, Messenger, Comments) directly with GoHighLevel Design and build end-to-end automations inside GHL, pipelines, workflows, triggers, and campaigns Use AI (LLMs, chatbots, or custom logic) to qualify leads, respond to inquiries, and route conversations automatically Set up and optimize lead capture from Meta ads so no lead is ever lost or delayed Build reporting/dashboards so the team can see what's working without digging through GHL manually Troubleshoot integration issues (API limits, webhook failures, data sync errors) and keep the system reliable Document the automations clearly so the team can maintain and extend them What We're Looking For Proven experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, custom values, API/webhooks) Experience integrating Meta APIs (Lead Ads, Conversations API, Graph API) Comfort building automations with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts Practical experience with AI/LLM integration (e.g., using AI to qualify leads or draft responses) Strong problem-solving skills, you can debug a broken webhook at 11pm and still be calm about it Clear communicator who can explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders Bonus: experience with CRM systems beyond GHL, or building AI-powered customer-facing tools Why This Role Matters Every day a lead sits unattended is a lead lost.
