AI Automation Engineer: n8n Workflow Builder for Multi-Platform Content & CRM Sync

We run a growing digital services business and need an experienced automation engineer to build out our AI-powered workflow infrastructure. We currently rely on a mix of manual processes and disconnected tools for content publishing, lead handling, and internal reporting. We want someone who can design and build reliable, production-grade automation using n8n, with Claude or OpenAI integrated where it adds real value, not just for the sake of using AI. What we need built: An automated content pipeline that takes a single input (a topic or keyword) and generates platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and email, then schedules and publishes automatically A lead capture and routing system that pulls form submissions into our CRM, enriches the lead with basic company/contact data, and triggers a personalized follow-up sequence Internal reporting automation that pulls weekly data from a few sources into a single summary sent to our team via Slack or email Proper error handling and logging across all workflows so failures are caught and alerted, not silent You should be comfortable: Building multi-step n8n workflows end to end, not just connecting a couple of nodes Working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API keys) Integrating Claude or OpenAI into a workflow as a functional step, not just a chatbot bolt-on Writing clear documentation so our team can maintain what you build Please include in your proposal: Examples of similar automation systems you've built, with the tools used and what they replaced Your approach to building the content pipeline and lead routing system described above Your availability and how you'd structure the first two weeks of this project Budget: $1,500–2,500 fixed price, or open to hourly at $20–35/hr depending on approach Timeline: 3–4 weeks for initial build Type: Potential for ongoing work if this goes well
