AI-Native Full-Stack Developer (Replit / Claude Code / n8n)

We are looking for a part-time developer who has made the shift from traditional full-stack development to building with modern AI-native tools. You have the engineering fundamentals to write clean, functional code, but you now build primarily using tools like Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, and n8n to move faster and do more with less. This is a project-based, part-time engagement. You will work directly with our leadership team on a variety of internal tools, client-facing automation platforms, and AI-powered applications. Projects vary in scope, and we value someone who can jump in, move quickly, and communicate clearly. What You Will Work On - Building internal tools and web apps on Replit - Integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party services (ConnectWise, QuickBooks, NinjaOne, etc.) - Developing automation workflows using n8n - Rapid prototyping of AI-powered applications using the Anthropic/Claude API - Supporting our AI consulting engagements with working demos and client-ready tools What We Are Looking For You have a real engineering foundation: 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar) Comfortable with REST APIs, databases, and basic system design Experience shipping things that work in production, not just demos You have transitioned to AI-native tooling: You actively use Replit, Cursor, or Claude Code as your primary build environment You have built real projects (not just experiments) using these tools You are comfortable working with AI-assisted development as a workflow, not just a novelty Bonus points if you have experience with: n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms The Anthropic API or other LLM integrations MCP server development What It Is Like to Work With Us Direct communication, no corporate overhead We move fast and expect the same You will work with a team that is deeply invested in AI and automation Projects are clearly scoped and compensated fairly Strong performers become go-to resources for ongoing work Engagement Details Type: Part-time, project-based Location: Remote Hours: Flexible, typically 10-20 hours per project Rate: Open, please include your hourly rate in your proposal
