AI Persona Network Manager — Build and Scale AI-Generated Influencer Channels (Full-Time, Remote)

We are building a network of AI-generated trading and finance personas across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Not one channel. A portfolio of 5-8+ personas across multiple niches, languages, and geos, all feeding into a single monetisation backend. We are looking for someone who has already done this. Not someone who wants to learn. Not someone who has run one AI avatar channel as a hobby. Someone who has built and scaled multiple AI persona channels to meaningful view counts and revenue. If you cannot show us channels you have built, managed, or scaled using AI-generated content, this role is not for you. What you will be responsible for: Building and managing a portfolio of AI trading and finance personas across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Each persona has a consistent face, voice, content style, and niche angle. You own the full pipeline from concept to published content to performance tracking. Researching and validating content angles before building personas around them. You do not invent niches from scratch. You find what is already working on each platform, confirm the demand is durable by checking view counts and search volume over time, then build our version through an AI persona. Every hypothesis is grounded in proven demand, never guesswork. Running a standardised AI content production pipeline. One video generation platform, mastered end to end. We do not want someone juggling five different AI tools. Pick the best one, build a repeatable workflow, and scale output volume. Whether that is HeyGen, Synthesia, Vid Rush, or something else, you should already know which tool produces the best results for this type of content and be able to defend that choice. Testing multiple persona and geo combinations in parallel. Treat every persona and niche and geo as an experiment. Launch several simultaneously. Measure velocity (views per hour in the first 24-48 hours), engagement, click-through, and downstream conversion. Kill underperformers fast. Scale winners by adding posting volume and paid boost. Managing content output at scale. We are targeting daily posting across multiple personas. That means 5-8+ videos per day across the network, not 2-3 per week. You should have systems and workflows that make this volume sustainable without sacrificing quality. Optimising thumbnails, hooks, titles, and formats based on data. You understand that the first 3 seconds and the thumbnail determine 90% of a video's performance. You test variations systematically, not based on personal taste. You judge content by whether the target demographic would click, not by whether you personally find it compelling. Cross-promoting across the persona network. A beginner education persona sends viewers to the forex-focused persona. A geo-localised persona references the flagship brand. Each new persona launches with a built-in audience referral path instead of starting from zero. Routing traffic from content into our conversion funnel. Every persona's content drives viewers toward a link in bio, comment trigger, or pinned comment that feeds into our landing page and conversion flow. You understand how to bridge educational content into a natural next step without aggressive selling in the content itself. What you must already have: Proven experience building AI persona channels that have reached meaningful scale. Show us the channels. Show us the view counts. Show us the growth curves. If you have managed a network of multiple AI personas, even better. We will verify anything you claim. Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms. You know how each platform's recommendation engine works. You know what triggers algorithmic distribution versus what kills it. You know the difference between content that gets views and content that gets views AND converts. Experience with AI video generation tools. You have a preferred production stack and you can explain why. You know the current state of AI avatar technology, what looks convincing, what looks uncanny, and how to stay on the right side of that line. Content research methodology. You know how to find trending content, validate that the demand is durable and not a one-week spike, identify why it worked (hook, format, proof style, audience), and repackage it through a different persona without copying. Data-driven decision making with no emotional attachment to any single persona, niche, or content style. You treat each persona as a test result, not an identity. You kill underperformers without hesitation and double down on winners based on numbers, not feelings. Experience scaling content output using systems and workflows, not personal effort. You know how to produce 5-8+ pieces of content per day across a network without burning out or sacrificing consistency. Whether that involves a small team of content managers under you or a highly automated pipeline, you have done it before. Understanding of how to monetise AI persona audiences beyond just ad revenue. You know how to bridge content into product sales, affiliate offers, community tiers, or lead generation. Experience in the finance, trading, or investing niche is a strong plus but not strictly required if your AI persona scaling experience is exceptional.
