Application Form and Customer Portal Developer

We are seeking a skilled developer to create a web application that includes an application form and a customer portal. The application form should be user-friendly and collect necessary information, while the customer portal should provide secure access for customers to upload documents and track progress of their application. We also need a partner portal where the parter pays to have access. They can upload a logo, select a brand colour and be given a white label version of the form to use on their website. All entries still go to a single place for us to process.
