Automated Reports & Alerts Engine for an Arabic E-commerce SaaS Dashboard

Our platform (Next.js + Supabase, Arabic/RTL) generates daily merchant reports but has no delivery layer — reports are generated and never sent. This project makes reporting real, end to end: - Delivery worker that drains the report outbox on a schedule, with retry/backoff, a full per-attempt audit log, and safe concurrent operation (no duplicate sends). - Merchant-facing settings screen: send time (merchant timezone), email recipients, and WhatsApp numbers per report. - Delivery history log inside the dashboard so "did my report go out?" is answerable in the product. - Weekly and monthly report types with an explicit this-period-vs-previous-period comparison block, plus an AI-replies counter in the report body. - Inventory alerts (low stock / out of stock) and a sales-drop alert (hourly watch, ≥30% warning / ≥50% critical vs the previous week). Acceptance: verified on production — queued deliveries reach "sent" status with recorded attempts, settings round-trip to the database, and alerts fire from real data.
