Backend Development & API Integrations Agency for Static AI

Static Enterprises LLC is seeking an established development agency to lead Backend & Platform Integrations for Static AI, our conversational AI and CRM platform serving collection agencies, sales teams, and other high-volume call operations. We have an existing platform and are organizing development into five specialized departments. Your agency will take responsibility for the backend systems that connect our features, maintain accurate account data, and support daily client operations. This engagement includes initial assessment, prioritized improvements, ongoing development, and maintenance. Your agency’s responsibilities will include: Assessing the existing backend, identifying critical issues, and developing a prioritized implementation roadmap. Building and maintaining core CRM functionality, business logic, account workflows, and automated updates. Developing and documenting APIs used by the frontend and connected services. Improving account imports, field mapping, validation, deduplication, and data integrity. Implementing and maintaining payment gateway integrations and other approved third-party connections. Managing webhooks, background jobs, synchronization, retries, and error handling. Strengthening authentication, permissions, and separation of client data. Improving database performance and resolving backend defects. Maintaining technical documentation and automated tests for critical workflows. Your agency will supply and manage the technical leadership, developers, and project coordination required to deliver the agreed scope. Proposals should identify the actual team available, their responsibilities, and committed capacity. You will work alongside our Frontend, AI/Voice/Telephony, Infrastructure, and QA departments. Clear communication across these teams is essential. We expect work to be developed and validated in our sandbox environment before entering the approved production release process. Code and documentation must remain accessible in company-controlled systems, with clear handoff procedures. Performance will be measured through agreed milestones, accepted functionality, integration reliability, data accuracy, defect resolution, and documentation quality. Specific targets and delivery dates will be established after the initial assessment. Regular demonstrations and concise progress reports will make completed work and remaining issues visible. We are proposing a 24-month partnership using tiered revenue participation: 4% of the first $100,000 in eligible monthly revenue. 3% of the next $400,000. 2% of eligible monthly revenue above $500,000. These are marginal tiers: each percentage applies only to revenue within its respective band. Eligible revenue, payment calculations, staffing commitments, performance requirements, and termination provisions will be defined in the final agreement. Actual compensation depends on eligible revenue; these percentages do not represent guaranteed earnings. The agency will be responsible for funding and managing its delivery team under the agreed arrangement. We are particularly interested in agencies with demonstrated experience taking over existing SaaS platforms, maintaining business-critical integrations, and improving systems while clients continue using them. What problems did you resolve, what integrations were involved, and what measurable results followed? Identify the team you would assign, including technical leadership, developer availability, project coordination, and earliest start date. Confirm your interest in the proposed revenue-participation structure and explain how your agency would sustain staffing, delivery, and ongoing support throughout the engagement. We are looking for a team that communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and takes responsibility for the quality of the systems it delivers.
