Blender Product Prototype Model

The task is to create a clean, moderately detailed 3D product model in Blender that I can take straight into our design and prototyping workflow. Geometry needs to be accurate enough for fit-checking and early ergonomic reviews, yet light enough to iterate without performance issues...
