Build Criminal Data Scraper

I need a freelancer to build a scraper that extracts criminal data from a webpage and stores it in a structured format. The work includes identifying the right data fields, handling page navigation, and ensuring the output is clean and reliable. Please share relevant experience with similar scraping projects and your approach to handling sensitive or structured data.
