Build Production-Ready AI Voice Agent for Inbound Calls Using Twilio, ElevenLabs, and OpenAI

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a production-ready AI voice agent that can answer inbound phone calls, speak naturally with callers, collect key information, and book appointments or calls. The system should use Twilio for inbound call handling, ElevenLabs for realistic voice output, and OpenAI for conversation intelligence. The goal is to create a stable, low-latency, real-world-ready voice agent that can handle customer inquiries and follow a structured booking or lead capture flow. The selected freelancer will be responsible for setting up the Twilio call flow, integrating OpenAI and ElevenLabs, building the backend logic, creating prompts/conversation flows, logging call details, generating call summaries, and ensuring the agent can collect details such as name, phone number, service need, and preferred appointment time. The solution should be reliable, easy to test, and include basic fallback handling for unclear responses or unsupported questions.
