CakePHP 1.2 Website Migration

Need a programmer to migrate a legacy CakePHP 1.2 website running on PHP 5.3.28 and MySQL 5.5.62 from a Windows Server 2022 environment to a new Windows server host. Server migration is the first priority, with periodic database updates required afterward. The work should be completed in phases, starting with the migration and then supporting ongoing maintenance and updates as needed.
