Call Work With Sick Notice

I need a reliable person to phone my workplace for me right away and report that I will not be in today because I am sick. Please speak with whoever picks up the phone—no need to request a specific manager—and relay the message clearly and politely... (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: Customer Service, Phone Support, Virtual Assistant)
