Convert Scanned PDFs to Word

I have a set of PDFs made up entirely of scanned document images. All the text on those pages is typed (no handwriting), but because they are scans, I need an accurate OCR pass and cleanup so the result opens in Microsoft Word as fully editable text with the same basic layout...
