Data Scraping Specialist Needed - Expired Texas Land Listings

We are looking for an experienced web scraping / real estate data specialist to build a targeted list of expired land listings across Texas. The Project We want to identify land listings that: - Were listed for sale in Texas - Are land / vacant land / acreage - Match specific criteria we will provide - Expired, were withdrawn, or otherwise came off market without selling - Were active sometime within approximately the last 1–3 years - Can be tied back to the property and, where legally and properly available, relevant owner/public-record information The goal is to create a clean, accurate database of properties that were marketed for sale but did not sell. Data We Want For each property, we would ideally like: - Property address or location - County - APN / parcel ID when available - Acreage - Original listing price - Most recent listing price - Listing date - Expiration / withdrawal / off-market date - Days on market - Property type - Listing agent / brokerage - Link to the original or archived listing when available - Property owner name from lawful public-record sources when available - Owner mailing address from lawful public-record sources when available We will provide additional filters such as acreage, price, county/location, property type, and other criteria. Who We Are Looking For You should have experience with web scraping, real estate data, public records, county appraisal data, APIs, Python, automation, or large-scale data collection. Experience working with Texas land data is a major plus. You must be able to explain where the data will come from and how you will obtain it lawfully, including respecting applicable site terms, access controls, privacy requirements, and data-use restrictions. We are not looking for someone to bypass logins, CAPTCHAs, paywalls, technical access controls, or scrape sources where automated collection is prohibited. Deliverable We want a clean CSV or Excel file that can be filtered and sorted. Accuracy matters more than simply producing a huge list. We want legitimate expired/off-market land listings that actually match our criteria. This may turn into an ongoing project if the first data pull works well.
