Design Infrastructure of Java Spring Boot Deployments on AWS

I have a Java Spring Boot application that now needs a hands-free release process. I want a devops expert to help setup the infrastructure through diagram and then I will implement it on my own with your help if necessary... (Budget: $10 - $30 CAD, Jobs: Amazon ECS, Amazon Web Services, CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Java, Linux, Spring Boot)
