DevOps Expert (Python & .NET) – LATAM Only

About the Opportunity We're a growing development team looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join us, starting with a focused initial task and growing into a long-term, full-time engagement. What You'll Be Doing • Supporting our dev team with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment workflows • Working across Python and .NET-based environments and services • Setting up and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Managing containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Collaborating closely with developers to improve delivery speed and reliability • Monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices What We're Looking For ✅ Strong hands-on experience with Python scripting and automation ✅ Solid understanding of .NET ecosystem and deployment pipelines ✅ Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar) ✅ Cloud platform experience (AWS / Azure / GCP) ✅ Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes ✅ Strong communication skills in English ✅ Based in Latin America (LATAM) this is a firm requirement ✅ Individual freelancer only (no agencies) Nice to Have • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep) • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus) • Prior experience supporting a dev team in a startup or scale-up environment Engagement Details • 📍 Location: Latin America only • 🕐 Start: Small, well-defined initial task • 📈 Path: Strong potential to grow into a full-time, long-term contract • 👤 Type: Individual freelancers only no agencies • 🌎 Time Zone: Overlap with US time zones preferred How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
