Expand Simple Website with Widgets

I currently have a single “parked” web page and I’m ready to turn it into a small, multi-page site that will be easy to grow later. The first stage is straightforward: build out fresh About Us and Contact Us pages, plus dedicated spaces for photos, a memorandum archive, and a public comments section...
