Description: We are looking for a senior-level SolidWorks mechanical engineer who knows professional file architecture to model a single standalone accessory component from scratch for high-precision manufacturing based on complete specification sheets. We require pristine file architecture and absolute integrity of our master feature tree. Do not apply if you build parts in-context inside an assembly or rely on shortcut workflows. Mandatory Requirements: Standalone Part Architecture: The component must be modeled entirely from scratch as an independent .SLDPRT file with its own native origin and planes. No in-context assembly modeling, assembly-driven sketches, or external parent-child references of any kind. Fully Defined Sketches: Every single sketch in the feature tree must be fully defined with zero underdefined minus signs permitted. Deliverables: Clean parametric native SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT and .SLDASM), a complete Pack and Go ZIP archive with zero broken mates or missing references, production 3D exports (.3MF, .STEP, .STL), and a 2D production drawing (.SLDDRW and .PDF). Feature Tree Audit: Prior to final acceptance, you must provide verification screenshots showing a clean, uncompromised feature tree and zero external links.
