Fix Website Layout, Links & Functions

Several small but annoying bugs have crept into my site and I need them resolved quickly. I am seeing layout issues that throw off the visual balance, a handful of broken links that return 404s, and some functionality problems where buttons either fail to submit or trigger the wrong action...
