Flutter Developer for Gamble Guard App

I am looking for a Flutter developer to help build a mobile app called Gamble Guard. The app will help parents protect their children from online gambling by blocking gambling apps and websites, providing alerts, and offering parental control features. I need a clean, secure, and user-friendly Android app.
